Membership runs from 1st April to 31st March each year, however the main sailing season runs from April to September.

The low membership fee helps with the costs of running the club - keeping our boats and equipment in good order and on the water for the enjoyment of all our members. The club is entirely staffed by volunteers, which means that the whole cost of your membership is used to make Belfast Lough Sailability better.

If you are not interested in going out on the water but would like to support the concept of Belfast Lough Sailability then you can join as a Non Sailing Friend for a donation.

Once the membership fee has been paid for the current membership year all sailing sessions are then free of charge!

Group visits

We welcome group visits from schools and youth groups for children/young people with disabilities, and groups for adults with disabilities. We ask for a minimum donation of £5 per person including family members & friends (however one carer per person with a disability is free) – this is to help towards the cost of fuel and insurance
